Payment terms:
Payments are possible by bank transfer or in cash. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
30% of rent, 50 Euro minimum respectively are due as advance payment on day of booking. The residual amount is due on day of check-in.

Cancellation policy:
30% of rent to be payable as cancellation fee in case of cancellations up to 60 days in advance.
60% of rent to be payable as cancellation fee in case of cancellations up to 30 days in advance.
100% of rent to be payable as cancellation fee in case of cancellations less than 30 days in advance.

We do recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
